Production Technology

• Cloth: Ceramic Fiber Cloth is a high temperature fabric made from ceramic yarn and is available in different thickness and construction for different temperature requirement. It can be reinforced with either glass fiber or heat resistant alloy wire.
• Tape: Ceramic Fiber Tape is manufactured from ceramic fiber yarn and is reinforced with either glass fiber or heat resistant alloy wire.
• Braided Rope: Ceramic Fiber Braided Rope is consisted of ceramic fiber or strip of ceramic blanket which is over-braided with glass fiber or heat resistant alloy wire around it.
• Twisted Rope: Ceramic Fiber Twisted Rope is made from certain number strands of ceramic yarn twisted tightly together to form a rope with high tensile strength. It can be reinforced with glass fiber or heat resistant alloy wire.
• Square Rope: Ceramic Fiber Square Rope is braided with ceramic yarn in square section. It can be reinforced with glass fiber or heat resistant wire.
• Tube: Ceramic Fiber Tube is braided with ceramic yarn in tube section. It can be reinforced with glass fiber or heat resistant wire.
• Tube Cover: Tube Cover is braided with ceramic yarn. It can be reinforced with glass fiber or heat resistant wire.
